Delivery

For an accurate delivery price please contact us with your postcode. Delivery will then be arranged once the order is confirmed. ETA is 1 to 2 weeks unless otherwise specified.

We use trusted couriers who deliver across the UK.   Prices are normally in the region of:

• London: £50-£55
• Scotland: £60-£80
• Wales: £60-80
• Northern Ireland: £70-£80

Elsewhere: Please email for a quote

The courier will need a little help on your side. Please do let us know if you require a 2-men delivery option, this may incur a higher fee.

We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged then please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship further afield e.g. United States, Australia, Dubai. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping but we cannot be held liable for damage or loss during transit.

Collection

Collection is welcome from our workshop located 3 miles north of Winchester, SO23.

You will be provided with a detailed quote before works starts. As each piece is unique and can throw up a variety of challenges, this can change throughout the process, but we try to keep to the quoted price as much as possible. Clients will be kept in communication throughout the project, with video updates, design questions and material choices. We want you to enjoy the process!

A 50% deposit will be required before any works starts. This secures your spot in the diary, covers the collection of the piece and basic material costs. The balance is to be paid on completion.

Yes of course!! Just email me with some pictures for inspiration and give us a rough idea of the style you want to achieve. I can also arrange collection and delivery of the item, which is usually around £60 depending on your location.

All our furniture is delivered with a simple care package and guide. The basics are:

• Remove dust and dirt with a slightly damp micro-fibre cloth.
• Do not use abrasive products or tools.
• Try to avoid furniture sprays, polishes or excessive water on painted surfaces.
• Always use a coaster!
